Buyer’s Responsibility:

Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within first 72 hours of purchasing. Seller must be notified immediately of the examination results by e-mail. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:

Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings. While first deworming of he puppy was performed by the Seller, Buyer must do faecal test to the dog at the first visit to the veterinarian and do necessary dewormings and treatment against parasites. _______________ (Buyers initials)

Health Guarantee:

This puppy is guaranteed for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which affects the health of the dog. If the puppy dies within 72 hour time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason of death. Postmortem must be performed by the veterinarian specializing in pathology.

This guarantee does not cover what considered normal in bulldog breed: Cherry eye, Loose hip/joints, Elongated soft palate, Stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils), Coccidiosis, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Roundworms or Ringworms, Kennel Cough, Pneumonia, Ear Mites, Skin Mites, Mange (Sarcoptic, Demodectic or Cheyletiella), Allergies, Herniations (Inguinal, Perineal, or Diaphragmatic), Entropion, Heart Murmur grades I, II or III, Patella Luxation grades I, II or III and partial or total Cryptorchidism. This guarantee does not cover any Veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. Seller does not give any refunds.

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that means all visits to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be fully responsible for all medical expenses.

As of the day of delivery puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings. Buyer has been informed of this. Buyer is aware that puppy will need more vaccinations and agrees to provide it. Buyer understands that though the puppy is vaccinated as necessary up to date, more vaccinations is needed to found immunity to diseases.

Puppy that shows any serious genetic or congenital defect during first year from the date of purchase, will be replaced as follows:

Buyer understands that Bulldog - is brachycephalic dog, that require special veterinarian attention, especially when it comes to any types of the surgeries and respiratory problems. It is recommended by the Seller that any surgery that Buyers dog will be undertaking will be done in the presence of the veterinarian specializing in anesthesiology or in the clinic specializing in Brachycephalic breeds.
Puppy must show the defect within 1 (one) year from the date of purchasing. Seller must be notified in written of the problem within 24 (twenty four) hours and have two reports from two different licensed veterinarians from two different clinics stating the same problem. If the puppy dies, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. Postmortem must be performed by the veterinarian specializing in pathology.
Returned puppy must be returned to seller in good condition, other then specified problem at the buyer expense.
Replacement of the dog that died as a result of the surgery, or during the surgery, or during post surgery period is not guaranteed by this guarantee.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Buyer understands that the replacement puppy may not be from have exactly same marking and body/head structure. Replacement of the puppy can take up to 6 (six) months from the date, puppy that must be replaced was returned to the seller.
Certain disorders may be caused by environmental factors. These disorders are not guaranteed by this guarantee.
Any problems, which are/or could be the result of injury and/or incorrect life style and/or wrong feeding of the dog and/or incorrect veterinarian treatment, are not guaranteed by this guarantee.
Any problems, which are/or could be the result of shipping (in case the dog was shipped to the Buyer) are not guaranteed by this guarantee.
In case Buyer decides to breed the dog, any physical problems, which are/or could be the result of breeding, are not guaranteed by this guarantee.
This guarantee applies to the original buyer and is nontransferable to the second party.
This contract supersedes any and all written and/or oral agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms are not met.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands English language and this contract fully and agrees with all it parts.
Buyer authorize seller to use his/her, his/her family, his/her dogs photos for advertisement and promotion purposes.
